Senior Account Manager

Life Science Analytics, a subsidiary of London based Datamonitor, is seeking senior level account managers to promote MedTRACK, our comprehensive biomedical database for the pharma and biotech industry. As a Senior Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment helping sell and grow sales to some of the biggest companies in the world:

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working from a defined client base, you will be responsible for achieving challenging revenue targets
  • You will be charged with identifying probable purchasers and networking through organizations to increase the growth potential in existing accounts
  • You will be determining customer needs and translating them into actionable sales opportunities, often presenting and negotiating up to the Board level in any organization
  • You will be self-motivating and strive to exceed revenue targets

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years sales experience with industry relevant knowledge of the B2B healthcare market
  • A proven sales track record
  • Demonstrated good business acumen is vital
  • Show outstanding sales performance and leadership skills
  • Strong presentation, networking and negotiation skills are a must
  • Ability to communicate effectively on a technical and non-technical level
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging environment requiring high degree of deadline-driven productivity, commitment, adaptability, communication, initiative and follow-through
